Certain records associated with your account — including business information, client records, time tracking sessions, and invoices — may be retained for legitimate business, legal, and recordkeeping purposes, and this data is no longer accessible to you or any other user following account deletion. Time Titan is owned and operated by BlackShoe Creative LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using this application ("Time Titan"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.• Use of Service
Time Titan provides time tracking, invoicing, and business management tools. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes, and you are responsible for all content, data, invoices, quotes, communications, and records created using the platform. You agree not to use the service for fraudulent or illegal activity, interfere with the operation or security of the platform, attempt unauthorized access to data, systems, or accounts, or use the platform in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.• Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.• Data & Privacy
Time Titan stores information necessary to operate the service, including account data and business data you enter into the platform. Time Titan does not sell user data.
